“As vice president of Dataline Systems, it’s my job to make sure our business is running smoothly, and that our employees are happy and communicating well. We hired Kristine back in 2014 when we started noticing a negative trend in our workflow that was stressing out our employees, and inevitably affecting our customers. We were fighting fires with customer issues instead of preventing them and being prepared in the case of one.
We did a coaching workshop with Kristine & Melissa, and they helped us identify the source of our problems, and created a plan for us to work on to create a more efficient workflow. According to Stephen Covey’s “Time Management Matrix”, we were working in quadrant 1 which is a reactive style of working instead of proactive. Kristine explained to our team how we needed to prioritize our projects in order to be more stable as an organization. From there we were able to create a plan of action for our staff in order for our business to run more smoothly. Since then we have better communication with each other, put in place tiers of management, incorporated different behavioral analysis as part of hiring process, and are continuing to do executive coaching with our higher level executives. We appreciate all they’ve done and are continuing to do for our team.”
